How does the card actually work?
It holds a link to your Google review page. A customer holds their phone near it, or scans the code, and the review page opens. There is no app to install and nothing for them to sign up to.

Will this get me more reviews?
It removes the friction. Asking is still the part that matters, and a card cannot do that for you. I will not promise you a number of reviews, a rating, or a position in search, because nobody can honestly promise those.
