Hosting and the domain are included for the first twelve months on every build.

The quarterly onsite visit is charged at £49 first hour, then £55/hour. It has to be requested and booked, it does not build up if unused, and normal travel supplements and onsite minimums still apply.

Fair use: up to 10 staff, one site, up to 15 devices. Plan response times apply during Pavels Tech Heaven's published business days and support hours. Response means acknowledging your request and starting to handle it. It does not mean guaranteed resolution or an onsite visit within that time.

Onsite and travel

One supplement per visit, never by the mile.

Travel is not charged by the minute and there is no mileage calculation. You are told the supplement and the minimum booking before the visit is confirmed.

What is never included

Third-party software, licences and subscriptions, unless a specific line says otherwise. Anything needed is discussed and confirmed with you before it is bought.
Hardware and parts. Charged at cost + 15%, quoted before purchase.
Work outside published support hours, which is by prior arrangement only.

How quoting works: you get a fixed price in writing before work starts. If a job turns out to need more than we agreed, we talk about it before it happens, not after.
